A Sponsored Access Account must be requested by a current member of the community and be approved by their supervisor.
A Sponsored Account can take up to 10 days to be created.

A Sponsored Access Account expires on the requested date of expiration given at the time of the initial creation request and can be no longer than one year from the date of creation.
A Sponsored Access Account is available to affiliates working at the university who need access to university equipment or files.
