Requesting Slate Access for New Faculty and Staff

Newly onboarded faculty and staff members can request access to Slate, Dominican University’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, by completing the Slate Access Request Form.


Procedure:

  1. Eligibility:
    Faculty and staff must have officially started their position before submitting a request for Slate access.

  2. Form Submission:

    • The employee must complete and submit the Slate Access Request Form.

    • The form collects relevant details and initiates the access request process.

  3. Supervisor Approval:

    • Upon submission, Enrollment Systems & Operations (ES&O) will contact the employee’s supervisor to confirm approval of the request.

  4. Account Provisioning & Training:

    • If approved, ES&O will provision the employee’s Slate account.

    • ES&O will then schedule an introductory training session to ensure the user is equipped to use Slate effectively.
