This is the step-by-step process to go through to get an account for a student workers
- Step 1: Start the Interview process through Paycor.
- You should have been given access to Paycor through the Office of People and Culture.
- Step 2: Once the student is hired you will push the hired icon through Paycor and then push for a background check.
- Step 3: The student will be sent the background check to complete. Once the background check is cleared, the student will receive access to Paycor
- Step 4: The student must bring proof of identification to the Office of People and Culture.
- The student worker can then start working during this time.
- Step 4: Once the Office and People and Culture have accepted the identification, they will submit a request to have a Student Worker account created.
The student should have the capability to clock in and out unless they are being compensated with a predetermined set amount. In such cases, please consult with the Office of People and Culture to review and finalize the setup process.
