Find Answers will take you directly to the Knowledge Base to find a “self-help” solution.
Live IT Support gives you access to a Support Center Adviosr powered by a Zoom session and is available during regular working hours posted at the bottom of this page.
Online Training is offered with no charge to the DU community.
View My Open Requests gives you access to see tickets you have previously entered and have not been resolved. 
System Status & Schedule provides information about system outages and possible or scheduled maintenance disruptions.
