DESCRIPTION
Place a request to add access to a student worker account. Access examples: Request an email account, Jenzabar, printing or file/drive access.
ELIGIBILITY
The following communities are eligible to request this service:
- Part- and Full-Time Faculty
- Part- and Full-Time Staff
AVAILABILITY
Account access for Student Worker Account Access is available 24/7; however, time and date restrictions may be placed upon request.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
The target delivery time for Student Worker Account Access Request is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
