Request to Create a New Shared Inbox

DESCRIPTION

New Shared Inbox Request are used to request the creation of a new departmental email inbox and specify the necessary access permissions.

ELIGIBILITY

The following communities are eligible to request this service:

  • Part- and Full-Time Faculty
  • Part- and Full-Time Staff
AVAILABILITY

Account access for sponsored guests is available 24/7; however, time and date restrictions may be placed upon request.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

The target delivery time for a New Shared Inbox Request is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
