DESCRIPTION

This service is for creating a request to order toner(s) for public and departmental devices.

PRICING

Toner replacements for public devices are provided at no cost—charges apply only to departmental devices. This cost will vary based on the quantity and type of toner(s) ordered and will be charged to your department. 

ELIGIBILITY

The following communities are eligible to request this service:

  • Part- and Full-Time Faculty
  • Part- and Full-Time Staff
AVAILABILITY

Toner orders are available 24/7; however, time and date restrictions may be placed upon request.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

The target completion time for Toner Orders is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
