Request for additional devices that are not your primary or any non-standard issue accessories/peripheral needs.

There maybe a charge to use this service, unless detailed in optional services. These costs may be associated to a departmental account.

ELIGIBILITY

The following communities are eligible to request this service:

  • Part- and Full-Time Faculty
  • Part- and Full-Time Staff
AVAILABILITY

Account access for sponsored guests is available 24/7; however, time and date restrictions may be placed upon request.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

The target delivery time for requesting additional devices or any non-standard issue accessories/peripheral needs is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
