DESCRIPTION
Information Technology offers a wide variety of training on equipment and software. Once a training request is received, it will be reviewed by an IT staff member and you will be contacted to setup an appointment.

There is currently no charge to use this service.
ELIGIBILITY
The following communities are eligible to request this service:
- Part- and Full-Time Faculty
- Part- and Full-Time Staff
- Part- and Full-Time Students
AVAILABILITY
Training is available during regular working hours.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
The target delivery time for Training Requests is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
