Request an Event/Meeting Equipment Delivery

DESCRIPTION

Dominican University provides equipment delivery services and equipment loan to support Events and Meetings. Equipment for an Event or Meeting can be provided by placing an Event/Meeting equipment request. 

PRICING

There is currently no charge to use this service, unless detailed in optional services. These costs may be associated to a departmental account.

ELIGIBILITY

The following communities are eligible to request this service:

  • Part- and Full-Time Faculty
  • Part- and Full-Time Staff
  • Part- and Full-Time Students
AVAILABILITY

Event/Meeting deliveries are available during normal Support Center hours. 

Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 7:00pm

Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

For any request falling outside of these parameters, equipment can be checked out.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

The target delivery time for confirming an Event/Meeting delivery request is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology
