Request a Classroom Equipment Delivery

DESCRIPTION

Dominican University classrooms have built-in technology, however if you are in need of equipment beyond what is installed, other equipment can be provided by placing a classroom equipment request. 

PRICING

There is currently no charge to use this service, unless detailed in optional services. These costs may be associated to a departmental account.

ELIGIBILITY

The following communities are eligible to request this service:

  • Part- and Full-Time Faculty
  • Part- and Full-Time Staff
  • Part- and Full-Time Students
AVAILABILITY

Classroom deliveries are available during normal Support Center hours. 

Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 7:00pm

Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

For any request falling outside of these parameters, equipment can be checked out.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

The target delivery time for confirming a classroom delivery request is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology
