To reset a Dominican Network account password, visit https://myaccount.dom.edu and click on Forgot My Password. 

Step 1
Complete the security captcha displayed on your screen and click Next

Step 2
Type in your Dominican Network Username (without the @dom.edu or @my.dom.edu) and click Next

Step 3
A one-time password will be sent to your personal email address. Log into your personal email to view the one-time password, enter into MyAccount and click Next.

Step 4
Type in a new password that meets password complexity requirements listed and click finish.

Note that you must already have a personal email address on file with Dominican University to use MyAccount self-service password reset. To enter or verify your personal email and/or cell phone with Dominican University for use with the MyAccount system, login to the MyDU External Contact Information Link.
