Information Technology is reporting that we have experienced a hardware failure on the voicemail system. Beginning today Friday, March 9 from 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm, replacement equipment is scheduled for installation. During this time, the voicemail system will be unavailable to access or record new voicemails. Please note that phone calling to and from campus, including 911 calling will remain available as normal.
Vendor support technicians performing the equipment replacement will restore to the extent possible all saved voicemail messages, personal greetings, name greetings, etc., but we cannot guarantee that your settings and saved messages will be in the same state as prior to the hardware failure.
