In order to get microphones below there will have to be a support request put in for the equipment. Please submit this request at least 2 days prior to your event.
Microphone instructions
Make sure the microphones are powered on by pressing the power button. You will know the microphones are powered on by the green light above the power button.
Volume instructions
To increase the volume twist the dial toward the window, to decrease the volume twist the dial away from the window. The social hall and dining hall are controlled separately. The top two dials are for the social hall, the bottom two are for the dining hall.
Before setting up personal device, turn the dials so that the black line is aligned with "AUX" if you are using a microphone turn the dials so that the black line is aligned with "MIC".
Aux instructions
Make sure the top dial is set to "AUX".
Next to the dial controls is the AUX port, make sure the AUX cord is plugged into this port. Once it is plugged in, you may have to use a personal adapter to plug the aux cord into your personal device.
