If you plan on using this off campus, then you will need to submit a VPN Request. You will also need to have Global Protect running when you are accessing this. This is the link to the article to set it up.
Step 1: Open the ‘App Store’ application on your Mac device.
Step 2: Search for “Windows App” in the top left-hand corner.
Step 3: Once you have found the application, click on the “Get” button. Then click on the “Install” button.
Step 4: After it is finished downloading, click on the “Open” button.
Step 5: The application will ask “Help us make your experience better?”, click on the “Yes” button.
Step 6: A prompt will appear stating “We need to request access to your microphone and camera". Click on the “Continue” button.
Step 7: Allow permission for "Microsoft Remote Desktop" to access the camera and your microphone.
Step 8: Press Devices > Plus icon(+) > Add PC
Step 9: Type in the PC name which is "acats2022".
Step 10: Select the PC you just added and sign in with your Dominican username and password, then press continue.
