You will need to have submitted a VPN Request for you to get through this process. You will also need to have Global Protect running when you are accessing this. This is the link to the article to set it up.
Step 1: Open the ‘App Store’ application on your Mac device.
Step 2: Search for “Microsoft Remote Desktop” in the top left-hand corner.
Step 3: Once you have found the application, click on the “Get” button. Then click on the “Install” button.
Step 4: After it is finished downloading, click on the “Open” button.
Step 5: The application will ask “Help us make your experience better?”, click on the “Yes” button.
Step 6: A prompt will appear stating “We need to request access to your microphone and camera". Click on the “Continue” button.
Step 7: Allow permission for "Microsoft Remote Desktop" to access the camera and your microphone.
Step 8: Press Add PC
Step 9: Type in the PC name which is "acats2019".
Step 10: Enter dugateway@dom.edu for the gateway
Step 11: Sign in with your Dominican username and password, then press continue.
