DESCRIPTION
International access requests are for connecting to or using Dominican's services from out of the country. Examples of International access are needing to use VPN or make calls from a University Cell Phone outside of the U.S.
Note: If the country you are traveling to is on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control approved list, we cannot guarantee that the country you are traveling to will allow it to work.
PRICING
There is currently no charge to use this service, unless detailed in optional services. These costs may be associated to a departmental account.
ELIGIBILITY
The following communities are eligible to request this service:
- Part- and Full-Time Faculty
- Part- and Full-Time Staff
- Part- and Full-Time Students who are taking courses that require access to applications on either
- Cists.dom.edu
- Remoteapp.dom.edu
AVAILABILITY
International access is is available 24/7.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
The target delivery time for International Access Requests is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
