DESCRIPTION
Place an inquiry for your equipment needs. The Equipment Loan Program is intended for educational use only to aid in projects, presentations and the delivery of academic material. We will review you inquiry and confirm if we can fulfil your needs with 48 hrs. If you need quicker confirmation, please visit the Support Center, Lewis 048 or call 708.524.6888.
PRICING
There is currently no charge to use the Equipment Loan Program.
ELIGIBILITY
The following communities are eligible to request this service:
- Part- and Full-Time Faculty
- Part- and Full-Time Staff
- All DU students
AVAILABILITY
All the items in our program are available for a five (5) day check out period. All of our equipment is maintained through out the week. One extension is allowed for an additional five (5) days if communicated in a timely manner by visiting the Support Center.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
The target delivery time for Inquires on Equipment is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
