DESCRIPTION
Dominican University encourages the thoughtful and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools that support our mission, teaching, learning, research, and administrative work. Before adopting a new AI-enabled tool or service for university business, please submit this form for review. DU-IT will coordinate the appropriate review for security, privacy, data protection, accessibility, technology integration, contractual considerations, and responsible AI use. All AI-enabled tools or services must comply with the university Artificial Intelligence policy.

The following communities are eligible to request this service:
- Part- and Full-Time Faculty
- Part- and Full-Time Staff
AVAILABILITY
Account access for sponsored guests is available 24/7; however, time and date restrictions may be placed upon request.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
The target delivery time for AI Tool Requests is within five (5) business days after all information has been submitted online and approved by the direct supervisor and Information Technology.
