How Do I Find My Dominican ID Number?

We have multiple options available for finding your Dominican ID number. 

• Option One: Star Card
  • On the back of your Star Card there is a sequence of numbers underneath your bar code. Every ones sequence starts with " 22911" and is followed by zeros. Once you see the last zero the next digit is the start of your ID number.
    • For example the sequence reads "22911000900351," then the ID number is 900351.
    • NOTE: Some ID numbers are shorter than others. The number of zeros before the ID number depends on how long their ID number is. 
• Option Two: MyDU
  • ​​​​​​​Once logged into MyDU a student would select the "Students" tab (which is found under the logo in the upper left corner area in between "Search" and "Colleges and Schools"). Personal information is displayed immediately in their "My Personal Information" box, and the student ID number is located right under their legal name.
• Option Three: Old paperwork
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Your ID number can be located on old paperwork from Dominican such as your printed schedule, acceptance letter, your old SOAR folder, etc.
