From the Dominican homepage, click on the "Quick Links" tab on the upper right hand corner, then click on MyDU.
There is a box labeled "Financial Aid" and contains the message "To see your Loan Acknowledgement Form, go here."
Click on the link. The form is similar to the Housing Application and requires the email that was used for the application. A code will be sent to that email.
