Insert the flash drive into the USB port.
If needed, let the computer install the drivers
A popup will appear indicating how you want to use the flash drive. Click “Open folder to view files”
Drag the desired document into the flash drive folder.
For Microsoft Office Documents: File >> Save As >> Browse >>
USB Drive/Name of USB
