Dominican University is required by law to report certain information regarding student tuition and eligible fees and scholarships and grants to the IRS. For your convenience, we allow you to print an online copy of Form 1098-T that you can use for your tax preparation. The form will be available to print multiple times if needed. If you have any questions or notice any discrepancies, please contact Student Accounts.
NOTE: To help safeguard your personal information, Dominican University will now display only the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number on your 1098-T form.
1. To access your 1098-T, please visit MyDU at http://mydu.dom.edu.
2. Log in using your Dominican Network ID and Password.
3. Click on "Students" in the top menu bar.
4. Then select "My 1098-T" on the left-hand menu bar.
