A Help Ticket is submitted and requests that a Recommender be changed to another Recommender.
Application usually must have been submitted.
Under the Application Tab click on Impersonate Applications
Click on Application
Click on Letters of Recommendation
Click on the Recommender who is to be excluded (if applicable)
Click Exclude
Click Save
Click on Add New
Click on General
Add First Name
Add Last Name
Add Email Address
Add Title
Add Organization
Click on I waive my right to access this recommendation
Type Enrollment Systems & Operations on behalf of {Student Name}
Example: Enrollment Systems & Operations on behalf of Kathy Goodbout
Click Send to Recommender
A Help Ticket is submitted and requests that a reminder Email be sent to a Recommender using a Different Email Address than what was submitted by the student.
Under the Application Tab click on Impersonate Applicant
Click on Open Application
Click on the Recommender whose Email needs to be changed
Replace the current Email Address with the New Email Address
Click on Save
Click on the Recommender again and click Send A Reminder
Student or Recruiter submits a help ticket and requests that a reminder email be sent to an outstanding LOR recommender
Click on the Application Tab [1]
Click on the LOR under Checklist [2]
Click on Send Reminder via Slate [3]
Click on OK [4]
A Help Ticket is submitted and requests that a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) be waived as a requirement for an applicant.
Because there are Rules based on a count of LORs required based on the application type, a procedure has to be followed in order to Waive the LOR Requirement and meet the Rule Requirements.
This process works as long as the student HAS named their LOR Recommender in their application.
If they have not named their Recommender follow the procedure for LOR: Waiver Request Before Name Has Been Added
Under Materials on the Application Tab Click Add New Material
Chose the LOR that is to be waived
Under Materials chose Reference
Click on Choose File
Chose the PDF called LOR Waiver
Click Upload
Checklist Item will now be listed as Received
This process works as long as the student has NOT named their LOR Recommender in their application
If they have named their Recommender follow the procedure for LOR Waiver Request After Name Has Been Added
On the Application Tab click Impersonate Applicant
On the left side of the Application click on Letters of Recommendation
Click on New Material
Enter N/A for First Name
Enter N/A for Last Name
Enter lor@domtest.edu for Email Address
Enter N/A for Title
Enter N/A for Organization
Click I waive my right to access this recommendation
Click on Send to Recommender
Chose the LOR that is to be waived (N/A, N/A, N/A)
