Projector and Camera Controls
Power on the monitor and computer if already not on.
The computer is located under the keyboard.
To power on the system, please touch the screen of the Extron.
After clicking the Extron screen, it will display the current time and a start button. Click on the start button.
NOTE: The Extron typically requires up to 90 seconds to fully power up after clicking the start button.
To project please select the source. If you are using the PC in the room, then press the PC button. If you are using an external laptop, then press the laptop button. Connect your external device using the HDMI cord on the desk. If you would like to the use wireless connection, then please select the guest input button and review the ShareLink Pro instructions.

NOTE: If you decide to use the wireless option, then you will not have audio. ONLY VIDEO.
To adjust the volume please utilize the volume setting on the computer before adjusting the volume setting on the system. You can also turn on and off the projector by utilizing the projector controls.
A camera for Zoom capabilities is located next to the monitor in the classroom.
Zoom Instructions
SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.
- Start a “New Meeting”
- “Join” a pre-existing meeting
- Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
Once you are done using the room, please turn off the system and make sure to log out of the computer.
