Television Instructions

NOTE: This room also has LanSchool Teacher Console installed. Click here to see the instructions on how to use it.

  1. Turn on the projector by pressing the ON button on the control panel

  1. Turn on computer monitor and computer if already not on. 

  

  If you are using an external device then plug your device into the HDMI cord labeled LAPTOP. 

  1. If you are using the PC stationed in the room, then select Desktop button on the control panel. If you are using an external laptop, then select the Laptop button. This is also where you can adjust the sound. 

  1. The computer or external device should be mirroring already. If not, press the windows and P buttons on your keyboard simultaneously. 

  1. Make sure you are on (Duplicate)

Zoom Instructions

SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.

  1. Start a “New Meeting”
  2. “Join” a pre-existing meeting
  3. Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.

DVD Player Instructions

To use the DVD player select the Bluray button on the control panel.

You can control the DVD player by using the buttons on the control panel, or the DVD player itself. 

Using the Control Panel

  1. Power on the DVD player by pressing the ON button. 
  2. Press the Open button to put in the DVD
  3. Press the Play button to play the movie

NOTE: To switch back to the desktop view, select the home button then desktop button at anytime. 

Using the DVD Player

  1. Power on the DVD player by pressing the STANDBY/ON button. 
  2. Press the Insert/Eject button to put in the DVD
  3. Press the Play button to play the movie

Printing Instructions

  1. To print you can use shortcut CTRL+P. The printing page will appear on the screen. To find the printer click on the drop down menu labeled Destination.

  1. Click see more and select Lewis Hall - Room 002 on PCPrint.

Once you are done using the room and equipment, please turn off the projector as well as the DVD player, and make sure to log out of the computer.
