Projector Instructions
- Power on the projector by pressing the power button on the Extron.
- Turn on computer monitor and computer if already not on.
If you are using an external device then plug your device into the HDMI cord labeled LAPTOP.
- If you are using the PC stationed in the room, then confirm PC is selected on the Extron. If you are using an external laptop, then select the laptop button on the Extron. This is also where you can adjust the sound.
- The computer or external device should be mirroring already. If not, press the windows and P buttons on your keyboard simultaneously.
- Make sure you are on (Duplicate)
Zoom Instructions
SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.
- Start a “New Meeting”
- “Join” a pre-existing meeting
- Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
Once you are done using the room and projector, please turn off the projector and make sure to log out of the computer.
