Projector and Camera Controls
To power on the system please press the Dominican Logo
Press the On button to turn on the Projector. Please select a source by clicking the Computer Button or the Laptop Button. The button will highlight green when selected. If you are using an external device, then connect your device using the appropriate adapter on the table.
NOTE: Please make sure the adapter is plugged into the HDMI cord fully so it can connect.
To adjust the volume please utilize the volume setting on the computer before adjusting the volume setting on the system.
To manage the camera settings please select the Camera Menu button. Three different presentation modes are available:
- Will focus in on who is sitting at the desktop
- Will focus in on where the projector is displaying
- Will focus in on the audience
If you need to adjust the camera at anytime, then please utilize the manual camera controls on the left hand side of the screen.
To stop displaying your desktop on to the projector, please select the Off button. If you would like to turn off the entire system, then please select the Power Down button on the left hand corner.
Zoom Instructions
SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.
- Start a “New Meeting”
- “Join” a pre-existing meeting
- Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
