Step 1
Open the main case you want to merge into and double click the Support Case ID Number to copy it to your clipboard. Also take note of the Title (Test) to reference later in the process.
Step 2
Open the case you want merged and select Action.
Step 3
Select Merge Into from the drop down.
Step 4
Paste the case number you copied onto your clipboard earlier into the To Ticket field and select the case title when it populates.
Step 5
Review the notice at the bottom of the case and select Save.
Step 6
You can see in the feed below how the information from the merged case has transferred.
