Not Registered for Self-Service Password Reset

  1. When you receive the error message during your account setup that states you are not registered, click the bottom link that reads: ”Register for self-service password reset”.

  1. When the page appears, click the hyperlink labeled” Security Info” under Step 1.
  2. You will then be asked for your Dominican email and password. Your temporary password is (Insert 8-digit birthday)Dominican
    • For example, if your birthday was January 1, 2024, then your temporary password would be 01012024Dominican
  3. Once your credentials are entered, you will click sign-in method and register your personal email and phone number.
    • NOTE: You may be asked to set up MFA before continuing. Click here for instructions on how to register for MFA.

When this is completed, you can go back to myaccount.dom.edu and you will now be able to change your password to something unique.
