Canvas Calendar Crashes Mobile App
Solution 1: Clearing the Mobile App Cache on an iOS device
- Log out of the app
- Go to Settings
- Select the Canvas App
- Toggle on the option that states, "Clear app cache on next launch." From there, you will force close the Canvas App
- Log back into the Canvas app again
Solution 2: Delete and Reinstall the App
If the issue persists... delete the app from Settings on your iOS device. When you delete the app from your home screen, it just removes the app, but leaves behind all your user data. To completely remove the app and it's data from your device you will need to do it in the device's settings.
- Open Settings
- Go to General
- Go to iPad or iPhone Storage
- Search for Student (Tip, you can use the eye glass on the top right)
- Tap Delete App
- Then reinstall and try again.
