Projector Instructions
- Power on the projector using the projector remote
- Turn on computer monitor and computer if already not on.
NOTE: The computer is located under the keyboard and the power button for the monitor is located on the back of the monitor.
- The computer should be mirroring already. If not, then press the windows and P buttons on your keyboard simultaneously.
- Make sure you are on (Duplicate)
Zoom Instructions
SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.
- Start a “New Meeting”
- “Join” a pre-existing meeting
- Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
Once you are done using the room and projector, please turn off the projector and make sure to log out of the computer.
