Name Coach Error

Name Coach has been giving an error when trying to get into it. This has been seen as not a server issue but as devices needing to be enabled for 3^rd party cookies to be used. Below are instructions on how to enable them on browsers.

Chrome:

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar in the top right corner, and then select Settings. 
2. In the Privacy and Security section, select Cookies and other site data.
3. In the Cookies and other site data section under General settings, make sure Allow all cookies is clicked.

Microsoft Edge:

1. In the Edge window, select More (...) > Settings > View advanced settings.
2. Scroll down to Cookies, and select Don't block cookies

Firefox:

1. If you are using Windows, in the Firefox window, select Open menu  > Options.
2. Tip: If you are using a Mac, go to Firefox> Preferences.
3. Select the Privacy tab.

4. In the History section, under Firefox will select Use custom settings for history.
5. Make sure Accept cookies from sites is checked and accept third party cookies is set to Always, and then select OK.

Safari:

1. On your Mac, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
2. Under Cookies and website data, select Always allow.
3. Select Close and refresh the browser.
