On Thursday, October 21, 2021, system maintenance will be performed from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM. During this window, system upgrades to an on campus network file server will be performed. This outage will impact file access to O: drive, X: drive, M: drive, and U: drive. While we have estimated a 4 hour outage, it may require less time to complete.
Outage 1:
Description: File Server Upgrade
Outage period: Thursday, October 21 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Systems Affected on campus: Access to O: drive, X: drive, M: drive, and U: drive
Systems Affected off campus: Through VPN connection to campus, access to O: drive, X: drive, M: drive, and U: drive
On Friday, October 22, 2021, system maintenance will be performed from 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM. During this window, we will be upgrading network switch equipment and expect intermittent network connectivity outages for the Tech Center and Crown lower level only. While we have estimated a 1 hour outage, it may require less time to complete.
Outage 2:
Description: Network switch equipment upgrades
Outage period: Friday, October 22 from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Systems Affected on campus: Internet and local network access at the Tech Center and Crown Lower Level locations
Systems Affected off campus: None
On Friday, October 22, 2021, system maintenance will be performed from 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM. During this window, we will be upgrading the Print server and expect intermittent print release outages from on campus during this time. While we have estimated a 5 hour outage, it may require less time to complete.

Description: Print server upgrade
Outage period: Friday, October 22 from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Systems Affected on campus: Intermittent printing and print release outages
Systems Affected off campus: None
