04/27/21 - Single Sign On Issue Affecting MyDU

Information Technology is aware of a Single Sign On issue affecting MyDU on the recent release of Google Chrome version 90. When a user attempts to access MyDU after logging on to Office 365 with Dominican credentials the web page on MyDU will refresh continuously. To get around this issue please log out of Office 365 in your browser and sign on to MyDU first before trying Office 365. Using a separate browser or Incognito window to access MyDU will also work. Users on Microsoft Edge or Firefox can continue to use Office 365 and MyDU normally.
