Before preceding: This room currently only houses an HDMI for external devices. If you want to use your own device, make sure you have an adapter for your device that is compatible with HDMI. The Support Center has several of them, but we do not guarantee we have the one for your device.
Step 1. Turn ON the podium by pressing the Dominican logo (the projector screens and the lapel will NOT function if the extron is not turned on)
Step 2. If you want both projectors to display make sure the ON button is highlighted. If you only want one projector you can press the OFF button to whichever projector you do not want displaying.
Step 3. To adjust Volume, please use the Extron volume controls
Step 4. If you are going to use a Lapel 1, you will not be able to use Microphone 1 at the same time. You can, however, use Lapel 1/Microphone 2 (Microphones are located in the closet).

Step 6. Sign in with SSO and click ‘Open Zoom Meeting’
Step 7. When you are done utilizing the room, place the microphones back into the closet, and turn off the podium by clicking on the selected images
Step 8: Log out of the computer when you are finished.
