Can Multiple Attachments be Added to a Case?

Yes, multiple attachments can be added to a case.

To attach multiple files:

1. All files must be in one location or folder
2. Click on the Browse… button under Attachment
3. Navigate to the location where your files are stored
4. Press and hold the CTRL key until all desired files are selected
5. Click the Open button
