All Mobile devices should use the “DU Wireless” connection on main campus and the Chicago campus. You will need to provide your Dominican username and password during your first connection. Your credentials will be saved and you will not have to enter them again.
NOTE: If you change your password, then please reconnect to the network with the new password. If not, then your account may be locked.
DU Wireless is a secured/encrypted connection with unrestricted Internet access speed.
To Connect to Dominican's Secure Wireless connection, please follow the instructions for your specific devices.
NOTE: If you have a Chromebook, then please follow the same setting options as an android.
Windows 10
Click on your wireless icon.
Select DU Wireless then input your Dominican username and password.
Check the box that connects automatically.
Windows 7
Click the wireless icon.
Select DU Wireless then input your Dominican username and password.
Check the box that connects automatically.
Click connect when a warning message pops up.
IOS
Go to settings and select your Wi-Fi setting.
Select DU Wireless.
Enter your Dominican credentials.
Click “Trust”
MAC OS
In Wi-Fi settings select DU Wireless.
Enter your Dominican credentials.
When asked to verify the certificate press continue.
Android
Select DU Wireless.
Enter your Dominican username in the ’Identity’ field and password (ignore ‘Anonymous Identity’)
NOTE: You may only see the top of this screen,so you need to scroll down for all fields to appear -click ‘connect’
