Before Preceding: Make sure that the computer is turned on.
Television Instructions
1. Turn on the SHARP TV with the remote control.
NOTE: By default, the HDMI cable is inserted into Input/Source 1. If the TV is on another input, utilize the remote and select Input/Source or utilize controls on the TV left side panel and select Input Selection and select Input/Source 1
If remote is not provided, select input button on left hand side. Use channel button (<CH>) to move up and down. It will select automatically.
2. Turn on computer monitor and computer if already not on.
3. The computer or external device should be mirroring already. If not, press the windows and P buttons on your keyboard simultaneously.
4. Make sure you are on (Duplicate)
Zoom Instructions
SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.
- Start a “New Meeting”
- “Join” a pre-existing meeting
- Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
Once you are done using the room and TV, please turn off the TV and make sure to log out of the computer.
