Batch Acquire

  1. Click on query 
  2. If there are Unassigned Sets than click on the + sign (see snip it) to view any documents that need to be assigned 
  3. Click on the document (more times than not these documents will be international items)  
  4. After you display the document you’ll need to add the material  
  5. This example is a domestic student whose transcript didn’t upload to their record (see snip it 2) 
  6. Go to Material and from the drop down click on the high school 
  7. From the second drop down choose Transcript (Official) see snip 3 
  8. Save

Data Validation - FY Applicants with Multiple HSs

Run query 

This query will show applicants who have more than one high school requirement

Click on first record and Lookup Record 

This student is a common app applicant, their last org (hs that they are attending now) is Back of the Yards and is checked off because it was imported from Common App (snip it #1) and will need to have the data points entered in Profile_Schools. The second school, Benito Juarez High School with the red X will need to be waived as long as the rank 1 high school has enough semesters (six in order to render a decision) 

Scroll down to Materials and click on the transcript (snip it #2) to make sure student has at least six semesters, is so go ahead and enter the data points.

Processing - Common App Applicants w/o School Data (FY, Lisa)

This query has all the transcripts that have been imported into Slate 

  1. Run query to show all the records 
  2. Click on first record 
  3. Go to Lookup Record 
  4. Go to Materials to display transcript 
  5. Go to Profile 
  6. Go to School 
  7. Enter the data points (how to are on separate instructions) 
  8. Once entered and saved click on next (top right) to go to next record 

Data Validation - GPA Scale Discrepancies

These query will have records who’s GPA scale is incorrect. 

  1. Run query 
  2. Click on first record 
  3. Go to Profile and click on Schools 
  4. Update the GPA scale in the UNWEIGHTED and WEIGHTED and save

Processing - On-Hold Common App Appl with Updated Transcripts

This query has applicants who have a HOLD placed on their application  

HOLD reasons can be can be one of the following:

Update a new transcript or upload an essay or LOR 

Once you have completed the HOLD go to the Checklist item and change the Awaiting to Received

Processing - Common App Applicants w/o F/O Tran Data (FY)

These are deposited students who have submitted their final high school transcript with a graduation date. 

 

Data Validation - Deposits w/ F/O Transcripts and Missing Data

This query will have records with missing data points with their finals. Final transcripts will need to have: 

  1. Degree 
  2. Date Conferred or Expected 
  3. Final Transcript Received Date 
  4. Final Official Transcript Status, choose Received from the drop-down

After Start-of-Day Processing (TR)

Data Validation - Transcripts Needing Waived (FYs with Colleges)

If any records appear after running query click on first name to lookup record

Under Materials click on the first transcript (Triton College) 

Go to Profile 

Click on Schools to choose Triton College 

Enter the following: 

  1. Dates Attended (from transcript) 
  2. Level of Study: should already be populated to Undergraduate 
  3. GPA (for college transcripts we enter the cum GPA which is under the Major

Enter Transcript Received Date (today’s date) and Save
