Open Slate and Locate the Record and the Application [1] [2]
Under Materials, click New Material [3]
Keep Record on the Application (Not the School Record) [4]
Material Type is Unofficial or Incomplete High School Transcript [5]
Choose File and locate Unofficial Transcript [55]
Click Upload [6]
At Material Click Save [7] [8]
Under Checklist Item - choose Hide by the School with the Unofficial Transcript [9]
A Review is triggered as the rules mark the application as complete
After a Decision has been made, run the Query Processing-Admits Needing Transcripts Reinstated Under Scott’s Operational Links IC3 (Eventually this Query will be moved to an Operations Staff Member) [10]
Click Run Query [11]
Click on the Name of the Student [12]
Click Look Up Record [13]
On the Checklist Item for the Unofficial Transcript - If the official transcript has been received mark the Checklist Item as Awaiting. [14] The Rules in the background will take care of marking the Transcript as Received. A Review is not triggered since the Review has already been made.
If the official transcript has not been received mark the Checklist Item as Awaiting [15]
Final Step is to Record a New Interaction
Go to the Student’s Timeline [16] and Interactions [17]
Click New Interaction [18]

Click Save [22]
Undergraduate and High School Students At Large are required to have Unofficial Transcripts on file.
Transcripts are obtained by an Admissions Counselor and passed on to Operations
