Using File Explorer (Path might be different on a University owned device (Z instead of J) go to J Drive [1], UA [2], Operations [3], Slate [4], Data Retention [5], App Review Documents [6]
In Search Box look up student using Application Number or Name [7]
Verify the information using the Help Ticket or Enter the Transcript Information on the Student’s Record in Slate. Use Uploading Transcript Instructions.
