Projector and Camera Controls

To power on the system please press anywhere on the screen.

Turn on computer if already not on. 

To project please go to the Video Routing Menu. If you are using the PC in the room, then press the PC button. If you are using an external laptop, then press the laptop button. Connect your external device using the camera and video cords on the desk. To adjust the volume please utilize the volume setting on the computer before adjusting the volume setting on the system.

The computer or external device should be mirroring already. If not, press the windows and P buttons on your keyboard simultaneously. 

Make sure you are on (Duplicate).

A camera for Zoom capabilities is located in the classroom.

To manage the camera settings please select the Camera Control Menu button. Use the Auto Framing buttons to allow tracking.

NOTE: If someone else is in the frame (or even a photo on Zoom), then it will track them instead of the presenter. 

Three different tracking modes are available:

  • Preset 1
    • Camera will focus in on the projector screen and the teacher station
  • Preset 2
    • Camera will focus in on the teacher station
  • Preset 3
    • Camera will focus in on the projector screen

If you need to adjust the camera at anytime, then please utilize the manual camera controls on the left hand side of the screen. 

To stop displaying your desktop on to the projector, please go back to the Video Routing menu. Select Off under Projector. If you would like to turn off the entire system, then please select the Off button on the left hand corner. 

 

Desk Height Instructions

The height adjustment controls are found in the upper right corner of the desk.

Press the appropriate direction control to adjust height. 

Zoom Instructions

SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.

  1. Start a “New Meeting”
  2. “Join” a pre-existing meeting
  3. Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
