Troubleshooting

Please report all system issues to the Support Center immediately. This section is for use only after errors have been reported.

The control panel should automatically manage the input and power for the smart TV. If the panel is not working, you can manually control the TVs until IT restores the room. Each TV has a power button and a home icon button on the right side. Use the power button to turn the TVs on and off, and the home icon button to return to the home screen, where you can find the source button.

On the home screen, select the source button on the right side.

A new window will appear, and you should choose HDMI 2 to display the Teacher Station.

This room includes a wireless keyboard and mouse. Although the BSB office provides spare batteries, you might run out during your class. A wired set is available directly beneath the wireless set on a pull-out shelf.

Once you are done using the room and projector, please turn off the control panel and make sure to log out of the computer.
