Projector Instructions
Step 1. In order to turn on the projector press the ON button. Make sure PC is illuminated if using Desktop station in classroom.
Step 2. In order to bring the screen down, press down on black button posted on the wall.
Zoom Instructions
Step 3. Launch the Zoom Application found on the Desktop screen.
Step 4. When prompted to, sign in with SSO
Step 5. If prompted enter dom as the domain
Step 6. Log in using Dominican Credentials. Once this is done you will now be logged into Zoom.
Volume Instructions
Option 1.
Make sure Extron is not on MUTE (if the MUTE button is RED that means sound has been muted). Turn up volume using nozzle.
Option 2.
If the volume is all the way up and there still is no sound make sure Desktop Volume is on. You can do this by clicking the speaker icon on Desktop Screen. Slide the courser to increase volume.
