Body

Projector and Camera Controls

To power on the system please press anywhere on the screen

To project please go to the Projector Source Menu and select projector then select the source. If you are using the PC in the room, then press the computer button. If you are using an external laptop, then press the laptop button. Connect your external device using the audio and video cords on the desk. To adjust the volume please utilize the volume setting on the computer before adjusting the volume setting on the system.

NOTE: If you are not getting audio when using an external laptop, then please ensure that "Line out (Podium-Touch-Panel Sound Card)" is selected as the output device.

A camera for Zoom capabilities is located in the back of the classroom.

To manage the camera settings please select the Camera Menu button. Use the Tracking On and Off buttons to allow tracking. Three different tracking modes are available:

  • Presenter
    • Camera will focus in and follow presenter through out the room
      • NOTE: If you select this option and have a person on the projector, then the camera may recognize them as the presenter. 
  • Zone
    • Camera will zoom out and display presenter as well as audience
  • Hybrid 
    • Camera will auto switch from presenter and zone mode

If you need to adjust the camera at anytime, then please utilize the manual camera controls on the left hand side of the screen. 

To stop displaying your desktop on to the projector, please select the Display Controls button. Select Power OFF. If you would like to turn off the entire system, then please select the power button on the left hand corner. 

 

Desk Height Instructions

The height adjustment controls are found in the upper right corner of the desk.

Press the appropriate direction control to adjust height. 

Zoom Instructions

SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.

  1. Start a “New Meeting”
  2. “Join” a pre-existing meeting
  3. Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
