Television Instructions
- Power on the television using the red button on top of the black Samsung remote. The desktop should automatically display.
- Turn on computer monitor and computer if already not on.
To display an external device please connect your device to the HDMI cord located on the side of the desktop. If your device requires a USB-C connection, then please attach the HDMI to USB-C adapter. The projector will automatically display your external device once it is connected.
- If it is still not mirroring, then press the windows and P buttons on your keyboard simultaneously.
- Make sure you are on (Duplicate)
Zoom Instructions
SSO (Single Sign-On) will automatically sign you into the application.
- Start a “New Meeting”
- “Join” a pre-existing meeting
- Select the “Join” button under the Calendar if your meeting is available.
Once you are done using the room and television, please turn off the television and make sure to log out of the computer.
