How to Find Your Computer Name (Windows 10 and MAC OS X)

WINDOWS 10

1. Click on the Search box in the lower left hand corner.
2. In the search box, type PC name.
3. Click on View PC Name within the search results.
4. Under Device specifications you will find the computer name listed as the Device name.

MAC OS X

1. Click on the Apple logo in the top left corner.
2. Click on System Preferences.
3. Click on Sharing.
4. The computer name will appear at the top of the window that opens in the Computer Name field
